San-ji (pronounced "sun-jee") is a Japanese phrase meaning "Three Selfs" - Self motivation, Self management and Self awareness. It was introduced in 1952 and reinforces our kyosei philosophy to ensure that at the heart of our organisation we share common set of beliefs.
