Canon Scholarships

The Canon Honours Scholarship fund was established in 2003, and consists of a donation of $100,000 from Canon Australia to the University of Sydney to create a continuing annual scholarship of $6,000. The scholarship is awarded annually to a student accepted into the Marketing Honours program who demonstrates the greatest proficiency in their Marketing major units of study. The total of $6,000 is paid to the student in two equal installments at the beginning of each semester.

The Canon Honours Scholarship is an important annual award to Canon Australia as it allows us to foster the incredible talent that our marketing students possess. Creative and innovative marketing is an integral part of our business success and a specialisation that we want to encourage.

The University of Sydney is the university of choice for over 46,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students from around the world. They research and study across the broadest range of disciplines in Australia, from the most theoretical to the most applied. The University of Sydney is committed to finding the best in people of potential from all social backgrounds, and play a major role in its local, national and international communities.
