Simon Harsent
Since emigrating from England over two decades ago, Simon has established himself as one of Australia’s leading commercial photographers, noted for his skill at creating arresting and evocative images. In 2009, his first monograph – Melt: Portrait of an Iceberg (a subset of which is featured here) – met with critical acclaim and was included in the Photo District News’ Best of Annual and the prestigious D&AD annual. Since 1997, Simon has divided his time between Sydney and New York.
