We are sincerely sorry that you are experiencing issues with your Canon product. We understand the importance of providing our customers with quality and convenient service and therefore offer the following service options:

  • A mail in option to Canon's main repair facility (available for all products)
  • A 'drop off point' option (available for selected locations)
  • A walk in service option (available for selected products & locations)

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that a minimum charge of $50.00 Inc. GST applies to all rejected, out of warranty repairs and no-fault-found assessments. This excludes a return shipping cost of $14.30 Inc. GST where applicable.

Turnaround Times
Our normal repair process time is approximately 15 business days, dependent on spare parts availability and seasonal trends.

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, please understand that this may not always be possible.
