With a user-friendly web based interface, even novice computer users can install printer drivers using ViaWeb.
The application uses graphical aids to guide you through the installation process. Firstly, a series of easy-to-use drop down menus enable you to select your location (eg. Head office) and area (eg. Level 4). Then simply click on the device you want to use from a floor plan of the area, and all necessary drivers will be installed automatically.
With ViaWeb, IT staff can manage changes to printer details, drivers and configuration settings via a central administration tool and quickly circulate these changes throughout the organisation. This helps to reduce IT administration costs and allows IT staff to focus on other tasks.
