Canon's CONSOLE software gives you the complete tools needed for controlling key functions of your XL H1 remotely through your PC.
Functions including gamma, master pedestal, colour phase, custom presets and AE metering as well as zoom, focus, white balance, shooting mode and frame rate can be set using CONSOLE. You may also adjust iris and shutter speed in the program, and track and monitor your settings in the XL H1.
Most control room functions, including a wave form and vector display for measuring and adjusting video and phase parameters make it particularly useful in the field.
Commands and responses are exchanged between the XL H1 and a PC through a single IEEE1394 cable.
Most functions are also compatible with the XL2.
The trial will last for 14 days from the date of activation and through 50 logins of the software on your computer, up to 120 minutes total use in a single trial period. CONSOLE may be operated for 15 minutes per session. The maximum length of a video file accepted for download is 5 minutes. Importing and exporting of custom preset files is not available in the trial edition of CONSOLE.
Note: Canon's CONSOLE supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later. Please upgrade your operating system before installing CONSOLE.
