Your purchase of any Canon product* within Australia or New Zealand which is distributed by Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand is automatically covered by Canon's warranty^.
To make a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase. You can register your Canon product online via MyCanon, or you can post in a completed warranty card (supplied with your product).
*excludes most business products (imageRUNNER & iR-ADV devices, Production Printers, Dream Labo), and business product accessories, including software solutions.
How to register your product via MyCanon
- Login to or join MyCanon
- Add new product to your Shelf (Manage My Shelf)
- Complete all details of the Product Registration form
- You have the option of including a scan of your original proof of purchase.
