1. How do I upload a photo?

Firstly, you will need to be a registered user with a valid password and login combination to upload an image. Simply follow the prompts at canon.com.au/POD to register and upload your photos or login using you're myCanon MyCanon Profile.

If you are unsure how to upload a photo, simply select from one of the sample images provided. Back to top

2. How do I know if I am a MyCanon member?

Just enter your email address asnd we can check for you. Then either login using your password or hit "Forgot password" and we will email it to you. Back to top

3. Why won't it accept my photo?

Your photo needs to meet certain requirements in terms of size (min 500KB, max 3MB) and format (JPEG or Jpeg) to ensure it prints correctly. If you are not sure how to resize or reformat your picture, please select from the sample images provided. Back to top

4. What size does my image have to be?

Minimum 500KB, maximum 3MB. Back to top

5. What format do you accept?

We only accept JPEG format images (*.jpg or *.jpeg). Back to top

6. May I upload portrait or landscape photos?

You may upload either portrait or landscape photos. However your photo needs to be 6"x4" in proportion. The photo may be cropped or banded during printing if it is not submitted to these properties. Back to top

7. How many photos can I upload?

Each registered MyCanon member is limited to two photo samples. Back to top

8. Are the photos really printed on the printer I choose?

Yes, the photo you upload or select will be printed on the selected Canon PIXMA Printer using Genuine Canon Inks and Paper to give you an accurate representation of the quality of Canon prints. Back to top

9. Am I under any obligation to purchase anything?

None whatsoever. However, if you have any product enquiries, please see the PIXMA product range for details or contact your nearest Canon reseller. Back to top

10. Will my photo be used elsewhere?

No, your photo will not be used elsewhere. Back to top

11. How long after I register my details will I receive my photo?

You should receive your photo in approximately 5 working days from the time it was approved. Back to top

12. How long will it take for my photo to be approved?

Your photo will be reviewed within 2 working days of being submitted. Back to top

13. Why does my photo need to be approved?

Your photo needs to be approved to ensure that it meets the requirements of the Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further information. Back to top

14. Why has my photo been disapproved?

If your photo has been disapproved, it has been because it has not met one of the requirements outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information. Back to top

15. I haven't received my photo?

If it has been longer than 10 working days since your photo was approved, please email POD@canon.com.au to find out the status of your image. Back to top

16. I live outside Australia, can I still participate?

17. Can I change my address once I have completed the process?

No, once you have completed submitting your photo you will not be able to change the address. Back to top
