In a recent PC Authority reader survey looking at reliability and service, Canon was voted the winner in the category of Inkjet Printers. "In this category, print quality and reliability were obvious factors and we derived a satisfaction score by asking whether readers would buy from the same company again and whether they were happy with the running costs of their device." "It was Canon who scored top for quality with 94% of respondents claiming to be satisfied or very satisfied with their results." "Canon also led in the reliability stakes, and by some margin. 90% said they were at least satisfied with their Canon's printers reliability." "The star of the show was Canon.
