Bonus Gifts
1. Am I under obligation to purchase anything to claim a gift?
The offer is available on purchases of the appropriate product made between 11thJanuary 2010 and 31st March 2010. All claims must be received no later than last mail 30th April 2010 and no responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected entries.
2. I’ve submitted my claim online, what next?
In order to receive your gift please take the following steps - i) Print off the confirmation page ii) Please send the confirmation page along with a photocopy of your receipt and the product barcode cut from the packaging to the following address:
“Canon Printers Have you Covered” Offer, PO BOX 706, Eastern Suburbs MC, NSW 2004 (for Australian residents)
3. If I don’t send the required information will I still be able to claim my Bonus Gift?
No. The chosen Bonus Gift will only be sent to you once the receipt photocopy, the product barcode and Claim ID page has been received and validated.
4. When will my gift arrive?
Please allow 28 days for your gift to be delivered after the receipt photocopy, the product barcode and Claim ID page has been received.
5. I’ve sent my receipt photocopy, the product barcode and Claim ID page and 28 days have passed. What do I do?
Contact 1800 722 229 Please have your Claim ID number to hand.
6. How many times can I claim a gift?
Multiple claims are permitted, subject to the following: (a) Only one claim is permitted per each Participating Product purchased and (b) Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
7. Will late entries be accepted?
No. All claims must be received no later than last mail 30th April 2010 and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late or misdirected entries.
