About 1wall

1wall is exactly that: a wall that only the best photos make it onto. Each month, a pro photographer sets a theme, and you have the chance to submit the best shot you can. The judging is bitter, but the victory is sweet.

The prize

The judges’ winner and people’s choice winner join the prestigious showcase of 1wall conquerors, for all to admire their skill. They also receive a canvas print of their shot to celebrate their win.

01 New wall announced

Each month, a new pro photographer sets a theme for the wall. This is the brief for your photo to respond to.

02 Judging period

The pro photographer then judges the photos entered. Once judging commences, you can no longer submit photos.

03 Voting commences

During the judging period, 1wall members also have the chance to vote for the shot they think should win the peoples’ choice. The judges’ winner and peoples’ choice winner are announced at the same time.

04 Winners announced

The judges winner and people’s choice winner are announced at the same time.
