    • Deliver front end designs based on business requirements and site user experience

    Essential Criteria:


    • Solid practical experience developing digital solutions using React and other modern frontend technologies
    • Working knowledge of modern digital technologies e.g. video platforms, image/media servers, social connect (authentication), front-end cross browser (CSS3, HTML5, mobile), SEO best practice
    • Passion for discovering and understanding the latest digital UI and UX trends
    • Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to influence key stakeholders within IT and across the business
    • Strong communication skills
     
    Desirable Knowledge/ Experience:


    • 5+ years of developing modern web applications
    • JavaScript testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jasmine
    • Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT integration

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Technical Onsite Services Coordinator (TOSC). Your role purpose is be to provide quality, timely, first level, on-site response to issues arising from the day-to-day operation of the Canon and third party device fleet.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide high level service and customer satisfaction to the customer’s users
    • Handle all software related calls and queries
    • Escalate issues that are not being resolved
    • Ensure all software calls are logged into customer remedy system and handled through to completion
    • Maintain Canon and third party device fleet at its optimal operational condition
    • Monitor USM Dashboard for alarms and either acknowledge or create ticket outlining the issue
    • Manage distribution of all consumables for both Canon and third party device fleet
    • Manage all software SLA’s and escalate any potential breaches in SLA’s to the CSM
    • Assist with any system changes and follow the customer’s Change Management process
    • Manage software and support reporting and assist the CSM with other reporting requirements
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders

    An opportunity is available for a Remote Support Specialist to join our services and support department responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level support to Canons Customers.

    Responsibilities:
    ⦁    Coordinate and provide support for eMaintenance systems and processes
    ⦁    Primary escalation point for eMaintenance customer issues that are difficult to solve. 
    ⦁    Act as a specialist for eMaintenance support within the Remote Solutions team. 
    ⦁    Actively address machines that have stopped communicating to UGW.
    ⦁    High working knowledge of Canon business information systems related to eMaintenance and Remote Solutions operations.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Responsible for progressing the data migration to our new platform as part of the HRIS project delivery
    • Work as part of the programme team in the preparation, implementation and cutover to the new systems. To understand the current legacy system data design and structures
    • Have an intimate understanding of data profiling, cleansing, transformation and migration techniques
    • Skilled at documenting data migration strategy & process at a functional and technical level
    • Create Data migration/cleansing strategy
    • Create a detailed data migration plan in partnership with the program manager of the project

    • Ability to follow proper conversion design, programming and documentation procedures
    • Good understanding of responsibilities for confidentiality and data protection
