    An opportunity is currently available for an experienced Senior PHP Developer - Magento, to join our IT team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Information Technology Group (IT) is a multifaceted team with a mandate to lead our business to succeed through collaborative partnerships and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain digital applications using modern technologies and programming languages
    • Work closely with business stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and pains
    • Ensure that digital applications and platforms are well-architected, maintainable, scalable, and secure.
    • Introduce the latest technologies and tools to the business and be the champion for digital transformation and adoption
    • Continual improvement of the digital development and delivery process
    • Mentor junior developers and work closely with third party vendors 

    Essential Criteria:

    • Extensive experience in developing modern eCommerce applications using Magento
    • Experience in DevOps and continuous integration and delivery tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, or VSTS)
    • Very strong communication skills with both the technical teams as well as business stakeholders and customers
    • Strong knowledge and experience in developing and integrating with REST APIs

    Desirable Qualities:

    • Magento Certified and strong experience in Magento 2 (Enterprise)
    • Knowledge and experience in identity management frameworks such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
    • Experience in any of the following: Varnish/Redis, Docker, Laravel, React

    Canon is currently seeking a 12 month contract HRIS Project Manager to implement and integrate SuccessFactors solutions across Australia, New Zealand & the Philippines.

    Reporting into the Manager - HR Operations Oceania, you will partner with Human Resources Leadership team members, IT Project Lead, Internal SME’s as well as vendor SME’s to define long term strategic direction and to drive SuccessFactors project delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with internal development team and HR Project Lead to managing project plan, project deliverables and resource requirements and issue resolution
    • Strategy and Governance
    • Ensure project results have an articulated scope with quantifiable business benefit
    • Connect project messaging and reporting to strategic business initiatives
    • Provide accurate forecasts of performance to relevant key stakeholders
    • Manage project spend and validate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
    • Align projects to project methodology compliance standards
    • Partner with project sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in briefing stakeholders on assigned initiatives
    • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • Establish production roll out plan and end-user communication plan
    • Lead specific work streams and deliver practical activities required to maintain progress to plan (for example, gathering requirements, negotiating contracts, managing suppliers, drafting reports, etc.)
    • Coordinate and lead meetings during roll out period
    • Provide timely and accurate status and metric reporting
    • Proactively manage and resolve project issues, risks and conflict
     
    Position Qualifications:

    • 4 + years’ Experience working as a Project Manager/ Programme Manager within HRIS focused projects
    • Ideally experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.
    • Confident facilitating business discussions and working with end users and all levels of management with different points of view, gaining consensus with diplomacy
    • Hands-on contributor willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ to meet deadlines, backup team members
    • Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail
    • A customer centric focus, with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic that results in quality work product
    • High initiative and sense of ownership with strong customer focus
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Canon is currently seeking a HRIS Business Analyst to play a lead role in the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions across Australia, New Zealand & the Philippines.

    Reporting into the Manager - HR Operations Oceania, your responsibilities will include:

    • Translate functional design into business processes and articulate interdependencies (end-to-end process design within a multiple geography and various company environment
    • Apply specialist knowledge to analyse business systems, understand stakeholder needs and propose improvements
    • Documentation, training and communication materials maintained and regularly updated
    • Accountable for data accuracy, data integrity and performing data validation
    • Create reports and dashboards to deliver HR analytics
    • Ensures that data integrity is monitored, issues are raised, and solutions are implemented while factoring in risks, timeline, and partnership with stakeholders, and business
    • Deliver and coordinate delivery of training initiatives to ensure user understanding of the HR Systems
    • Research, investigate and provide solutions, make recommendations for information flow, analytics, systems and tools to support objectives.

    Qualifications/ Background:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an HR environment
    • Demonstrated experience with a multiple geography environment
    • 2+ years of experience in HRIS implantation
    • Experience with SuccessFactors would be highly desirable
    • Experience working within a M & A landscape or multiple employment entities
    • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong ability to document processes maps concisely and clearly, with end-to-end process design in mind
    • Ability to manage against tight timelines, think laterally and deal with ambiguity
    • Experience documenting, developing and testing business processes, calculated fields, reporting and dashboards
    • Experience in analysing data and processes in order to maintain data accuracy and propose process efficiencies

    Due to significant growth and recent new wins, we’re expanding our team. Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a transforming  business, delivering services and solutions to large Enterprise clients. This role will see you generating new revenue streams and attracting new customers through Canon’s core business and solutions streams across a diverse product range (hardware, services, software etc.)

    To be considered for the role you will require:
     
    • 3+ years’ direct sales experience
    • Ideally a background in technology solutions to large Enterprise clients
    • Proficient in account planning pipeline development and creating new revenue generating opportunities
    • Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships, ideally at C level, in new business accounts
    • Align and leverage internal resources to build, develop, and close strategic account wins
