    This is an exciting opportunity for a Branch Coordinator to oversee two sites in Melbourne and work closely with our Properties and Facilities team nationally. You will coordinate and manage all local aspects of the Branch across building maintenance, contractor relationship management, security, archiving and local logistics activities.

    As Branch Coordinator, this role will see you:
    • Co-ordinate and manage the administration of branch facilities
    • Act as the point of contact for Building security and manage issues relating to access and security
    • Liaise with Contractors & Vendors to manage office repairs
    • Distribute communications/initiatives/directives from Head Office
    • Coordinate and set-up of Branch Conference, functions, training events and activities
    • Maintain close working relationship with Branch Management Team
    • Liaise with customers/visitors to the branch and ensure they are dealt with appropriately
    • Provide support to broader departments as required
    • Provide support for the IT Team as required
    • Take a lead role in all branch HS&E issues

    We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to provide support for tax compliance for Canon Australia and Canon NZ.  This role will provide you with valuable exposure within a global company, upholding standards that are recognised internationally. You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team, utilising your knowledge and financial experience to ensure your success.

    Reporting to the Tax Manager you will be responsible for the review of tax sensitive general ledger accounts, the initial review of BAS returns and drafting FBT returns and tax returns. You will support the Tax Manager in improving corporate governance and preparing journals for year end.

    Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for creating, developing and leading the Inside Sales team to drive and deliver on the CBS strategy.
     
    The team will focus on our customer’s needs by providing products, services and solutions to help them achieve more every day and to ensure we continue to drive the business growth. As the leader of the Inside Sales team you will be accountable for sales revenue and profitability targets from new and existing clients and ensuring complete customer satisfaction and engagement when dealing with Canon.

    You will:
    • recruit, develop and lead a high performing Inside Sales Team
    • provide leadership, coaching and development to all direct reports to drive high performance culture and engagement
    • develop the Inside Sales team KPI’s to align with the CBS strategy
    • drive overall customer retention and satisfaction to ensure Canon retain customers and grows its market share
    • engage and work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales Managers to continuously drive opportunities and sales results
    • drive the renegotiation of customer contracts within the portfolio
    To be successful in this role, come equipped with:
    • a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a sales/call centre/telemarketing team
    • circa 10 years of client facing/telemarketing/sales experience
    • ability to use financial, economic data to build a strategy
