    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Provide digital design and UI across channel - responsive brand website, eStore, email marketing, banners, and social
    • Apply brand identity, typography, photography, colour and other elements to develop creative concepts
    • Delivering effective on-brand creative for responsive websites, web pages, product graphics, email promotional creative, social media graphics, and banner ads
    • Take ownership of the design guide, with familiarity of atomic and material design principles
    • Take briefs from product and marketing managers from across the business to execute for digital delivery
    • Work with developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with branding, usability, accessibility, and web standards
    • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

    Your skills/ experience: 

    • 4 years+ experience as Digital Designer
    • Passion for discovering and understanding the latest design trends
    • Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Sketch
    • Experience working in an Agile environment an advantage
    • Good communication skills
    • Interest in photography would be an advantage
    • An online portfolio that demonstrates experience is a must

    We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our Information technology department across Canon ANZ. This role will see you responsible for defining, leading, planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering internal ERP projects with the scope of completing these projects on-time, on-budget to the required quality and desired outcome.

    An opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor with minimum 5 years US SOX audit experience, to join Canon’s Internal Audit department on a 12 month fixed term contract.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify the gap between current SOX practice and US SOX requirement 
    • Carry out the audit procedures in accordance with the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards under US GAAP to make our current audit process up to date for US SOX
    • The SOX Auditor collects, review and analyses data pertaining to information systems functions relative to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, 
    • Assist in the development of Sarbanes-Oxley self-assessment programs for key controls 
    • Perform SOX process walkthroughs with control owners and document design and implementation of key controls according to US SOX requirement
    • Identify SOX compliance risks and key controls; design and execute test plans, conduct interviews and capture evidence to meet US GAAP requirement
    • Test SOX controls in line with defined testing methodology and ensure firm is SOX compliant through reviewing policies and procedures and performing tests of controls
    • Work with process owners to draft remediation plans for any deficiencies and build relationships with all control owners, providing proactive support
    • Assisting in managing the US SOX program, updating the audit log, documenting findings in written reports and following up on SOX findings

    Skill/ Experience Required:
    • It is essential you have 3 to 5 years US SOX audit experience
    • Advanced interpersonal skills 
    • Well-developed written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • ITGC knowledge and relevant work experience would be desirable

    An opportunity is currently available for a Service Technician to join our service and support team supporting both Adelaide metro and regional and remote SA. This role will support a variety of client sites including an underground uranium mining site. The regional and remote servicing will operate on a FIFO basis for scheduled and ad-hoc servicing.

    Responsibilities:
    •    Reactive and proactive servicing, upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software, in line with established call approach
    •    Carry out other tasks as requested by Supervisor, Support Specialist or Task Management
    •    Effectively meet and exceed customer’s needs; building productive relationships with Canon customers
    •    Actively assist other Canon staff to enable efficiencies to achieve individual and branch targets
    •    Keep up to date with current technologies and training, including technical and workplace compliance
    •    Contribute to and work towards own personal development. Including seeking opportunities to share knowledge with colleagues for team development

    Responsibilities:

    ⦁    Primary escalation point for eMaintenance customer issues that are difficult to solve.

This role will see you generating new revenue streams and attracting new customers through Canon’s core business and solutions streams across a diverse product range (hardware, services, software etc.)

    To be considered for the role you will require:
     
    • 3+ years’ direct sales experience
    • Ideally a background in technology solutions to large Enterprise clients
    • Proficient in account planning pipeline development and creating new revenue generating opportunities
    • Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships, ideally at C level, in new business accounts
