    An opportunity is now available for a Senior Windows Server Engineer to join our Information technology team. The team are responsible for delivering innovative solutions and quality services to enable Canon Australia to succeed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ⦁    Troubleshoot Server hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions
    ⦁    Monitor and maintain all servers and application logs
    ⦁    Answer calls and tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software and networking
    ⦁    Maintain detailed technical knowledge of systems and services.  Assist in the development and maintenance of technical standards and support documentation
    ⦁    Server support and more complex incident resolution
    ⦁    Meet or exceed agreed service levels and agreed standards for accessibility, reliability and availability of these services
    ⦁    Continually drive improvements in efficiency, productivity and quality of service delivery
    ⦁    Ensure relevant service changes are released smoothly into support in line with business agility and specific business requirements
    ⦁    Work with the Information Security Manager to ensure systems and processes for Server Services are aligned to Canon’s IT Policy

    Your Skills/Experience 
    ⦁    Solid operational support experience
    ⦁    Skills and experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server All Versions, SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory, PowerShell operations and scripting experience, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.)
    ⦁    Strong skillset in VMware vSphere Enterprise/vCenter Server/ESXi
    ⦁    Skills and experience in setting up and support of Citrix server environments
    ⦁    Certifications in appropriate technologies (VCP, CCA, MCSE, MCITP, etc.) will be viewed favourably
    ⦁    Well-developed oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate functional components with business users as well as technical components to supplier.  
    ⦁    Excellent interpersonal skills
    ⦁    Good analytical and problem solving skills
    ⦁    Experience mentoring team members and the wider business
    ⦁    Previous experience working in a virtual team of engineers

    We have a 12 month (Maternity Contract) for a Product Marketing Campaign Manager across our much loved camera and consumer printer portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading the development of clear product marketing strategy and execution for the product portfolio within Canon Consumer Imaging (CCI).  A creative flair and strong interpersonal skills will be critical to the success in this role, as will be strength in influencing others with your passion for our products.

    If you love photography, film and creativity then this role could allow you to flex some creative muscle.

    Reporting to the Manager – Product and Trade Marketing, your key responsibilities include:

    • Lead development of product marketing plans across the CCI portfolio
    • Lead product launch programs alongside consumer marketing and PR teams
    • Execute all communications and media actions across all channels
    • Own the product content on the web site both internal and external
    • Work with the Digital teams on delivery of relevant digital content, including social media, paid search and eCRM initiatives
    • Develop conversion and after the box programs to drive advocacy and repurchase
    • Lead product review program with people of influence
    • Development an understanding of insights and segmentation for categories

    Your skills/ experience:

    • 5 years + experience in designing and delivering customer centric marketing programs
    • Marketing campaign management experience across the full marketing mix 
    • Hands on experience executing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints
    • Experience working with external agencies – Creative, media and PR
    • Strategic thinking
    • Strong communication, influencing skills
    • Strong business expertise and analytical skills
    • Creativity, imagination and fun

    Due to significant growth and recent new wins the contracts management team is expanding. We have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Contracts Management Team is responsible for assisting in preparing and finalising customer contracts to support the Canon Business Services sales organisation. 

    You responsibilities will include:
     
    • Review customer contracts and requested amendments to Canon contracts
    • Provide commercially focused and balanced risk assessments of exposure to Canon in contractual terms both in reviewing tender documents/contracts and in negotiating final agreements
    • Work closely with peers, Senior Management and our in-house legal team to finalise positions expeditiously
    • Undertake continual improvement actions within the team and across the business to improve the customer contract experience with Canon

    Your skills/ experience will include:

    • Experience in managing contracts including reviewing and drafting contractual terms and conditions
    • Experience in a commercial sales environment advising on contract issues
    • Ability to draft and negotiate complex supply, service and/or outsourcing agreements
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
    • Success in managing internal and external stakeholders
    • Advanced interpretation and analytical skills
    • Tertiary qualifications in a legal discipline is desirable

    Due to significant growth and recent new wins, we’re expanding our team. Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a transforming  business, delivering services and solutions to large Enterprise clients. This role will see you generating new revenue streams and attracting new customers through Canon’s core business and solutions streams across a diverse product range (hardware, services, software etc.)

    To be considered for the role you will require:
     
    • 3+ years’ direct sales experience
    • Ideally a background in technology solutions to large Enterprise clients
    • Proficient in account planning pipeline development and creating new revenue generating opportunities
    • Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships, ideally at C level, in new business accounts
    • Align and leverage internal resources to build, develop, and close strategic account wins
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
    • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
    • Advanced analysis and financial skills
    • Self-motivated and driven with an absolute passion to succeed and overachieve.
