  • What’s included in my purchase?

    Included in your purchase is the printer hardware, warranty, installation and shipping costs.

  • What is On-Site Service and Support (OSS) and what does it cover?

    An OSS Pack is not a warranty extension. Rather, it is a separate contract that commences from within 30 days of the date the Canon hardware is installed. For example, if you buy a three-year Canon OSS Pack, it will give the associated hardware three years of service cover (not 12 months plus three years). 

    As well as covering for defects, an OSS Pack further protects your investment with genuine Canon On-site Service and Support, should there be a problem with your hardware, you can book a service call without any additional cost to you.* 

     
    On-Site Service & Support covers:

    -Remedial service of spare parts for fair wear and tear

    -Replacement of defective print heads during the term

    -Cost of labour

    -Help desk support for remote assistance

    -Genuine Canon spare parts

     
  • How long will delivery take?

    You will be contacted by a Canon customer service representative to organise of delivery, or simply call 13 13 83.

  • Will I own the printer at the end of the finance term?

    No, as the equipment is Canon Australia’s property, you have temporarily gained possession but not ownership and have no right to purchase or acquire any interest in it. You must not authorise or pledge credit or create any lien, mortgage, charge, security interest or encumbrance upon the Equipment.
  • Where can I buy more paper and ink?

    Ink and media can be purchased from an Authorised Canon Reseller, please click here to be put in touch.
