About the event:

A beautiful old country homestead is best photographed in the golden light and Dundullimal Homestead is no exception. Join the Canon Collective for a sunset landscape workshop at this remarkable location. Dundullimal is Australia’s oldest timber slab homestead and Dubbo’s oldest building open to the public.

This class is perfect for those who are interested in landscape photography and wish to understand the intricacies of outstanding landscape photography.

On completion of this course you will understand:

• How to use manual camera settings
• How to balance natural light
• Advanced focusing techniques
• Understanding landscape photography
• Composition & lens tips and tricks.

Event is held from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Sunset will be at 6:48 PM.

Techniques covered:

Composition, Manual Exposure Control, and Landscape Photography.

Recommended equipment:

Camera, lens, empty memory card, and fully charged batteries. A range of Canon DSLR cameras and lenses will be available to loan on the day.

Onsite parking is available.

General fitness required, grip sole with closed toe shoe recommended. Where the event takes place outside we can’t control the environment so please take care in your surroundings.
