Join Jenn Cooper for a Macro nature photography walk around the Gardens to learn some photographic tips and tricks on how to compose exciting macro images in natural light.
This is an opportunity to get more familiar with your Canon camera, learning macro techniques, depth of Field techniques and understanding your metering modes.
The day is aimed at an entry level experience and will prepare you to capture interesting macro photos.

Camera settings, Composition, Lighting and Basic photographic skills.
Please bring your Canon DSLR or mirrorless Camera (or borrow one of ours), memory cards etc. This event would be ideal with macro lenses.
We will be meeting at The Calyx in the Royal Botanical Gardens photographing plants with bite! Closest entry is Morshead Fountain Gate, Shakespeare Place cnr Macquarie Street. Please check for street parking, and parking fees prior to the event.
A general fitness level is required. We recommend closed toe shoes for walking. As this event takes place outdoors, please be mindful of your surroundings.
