About the event:

You have been asking now here it is—Bird Photography walk in Oxley Creek Common. It's time to try a new location to find more of our feathered friends in their natural environment. Come out for a nature walk with Canon Experience Ambassador Greg Sullavan and try some big white Canon lenses on the latest EOS R camera body. Please note this is not for inexperienced bird photographers as this is not a workshop situation. Can we also please ask to only book this event once to give everyone a chance to register.

Techniques covered:

EOS R for bird photography, RF-EF Control Mount Adaptor for Aperture Control, Canon Lens Extenders, L series Super-Telephoto lenses, and 600EX Speedlite for bird photography

Recommended equipment:

BYO EOS Camera or borrow one of our EOS R's, just BYO SD Card. Canon Super-Tele lenses, extenders and CMA Adaptors will be provided.

Event location:

Meeting at carpark at Oxley Creek Common, for equipment loans. Parking available onsite.

Important Information

A general fitness level is required. We recommend closed toe shoes for walking. As this event takes place outdoors, please be mindful of your surroundings.
