Have you ever looked at your Canon camera and wondered, what does that button do?

Join us for an introductory session intended to assist you to get the most out of your Canon EOS interchangeable lens camera and demystify the jargon!

This workshop experience is for those who want to move beyond auto, showcasing a variety of camera settings, demonstrating their use and showing you where to find the buttons and menu options on your camera.

This practical, hands on workshop is recommended for those just starting out of their photographic journey. Perfect for Students & Teachers!

Techniques covered include:

• RAW vs JPEG file styles.
• White Balance
• Picture Styles
• Drive modes
• Introductory AF operation
• Metering Modes
• Activating Live View shooting

Bring your own Canon EOS gear or borrow our EOS R with RF24-105F4L, just BYO SD card (16GB, 80mb/s minimum).

Event location:

Meet at the church hall 20 minutes early to register and arrange loan equipment. Free parking on-site.
