You are invited to join us for a walk along the picturesque Palmetum botanical garden to photograph the bird species that call the gardens home. Canon Collective host Greg Sullavan will share with you his favourite tips for photographing our feathered friends. Using the latest Canon EF 100-400 big white lenses and Canon EOS 90D, we will start with some tea and scones in the historical Tumbetin Tea Rooms for an informal, 'hands-on' focus & metering workshop. Followed by the a walk around the gardens to put our learning into practice.

Exposure, Metering, Focus, Technique, and Composition
Greg will provide you with the latest Canon EOS 90D and EF100-400 lens, all you need is an SD card - which we can format. Feel free to BYO Monopole if you have one.
Meeting at Tumbetin Lodge Tea House, 2PM sharp. Parking available onsite.
A general fitness level is required. We recommend closed toe shoes for walking. As this event takes place outdoors, please be mindful of your surroundings.
