Ever wanted to explore the world of underwater photography in a safe environment off the beautiful Queensland Sunshine coast? Here is your opportunity to join local Canon Collective Ambassadors Colin Baker and Greg Sullavan for a double dive in conjunction with Sunreef exploring some local Sunny Coast reefs East of Mooloolaba.

For your exclusive use, G series Canon cameras will be available to borrow for your double dive. The day will begin with a 30 minute classroom instructional pre-dive session on the top 5 tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your underwater adventure before jumping on board the boat to head out to the dive sites. A few of the dive site options are Hanging Rock, Shellacry Reef, Col's Hole, The Trench & Johnno's Gulley. The first site will be picked on the day for best visibility and conditions.

During the surface interval, snacks and coffee will be provided. We will then give you guidance on the use of flash and torch before our second dive, we may also change dive sites during the interval depending on the weather or visibility on the day or potential sightings of significance.

After the double dives we will all head back to Sunreef at the Mooloolaba Marina for some refreshments and a light lunch, then once fed and dry we'll head back to the classroom for a chat and demo of the best post processing tips to get the best out of the images taken.

The double dive has a starting price of $149 including all of the above, tanks and weights. Any further rental dive equipment you require (ie. BCD, wetsuit) can be discussed and arranged with the helpful staff at Sunreef.

IMPORTANT: You need to bring an SD memory card of at least 8GB with you on the day to pop into your loan camera. Colin will take care of all the cameras, cleaning, charging etc and will sort them post dive also.

NOTE: You require a Padi/SSI equivalent diving license to participate in this exercise. Please discuss with Sunreef if you have questions associated with diving qualifications.
