Portrait photography is the most requested event the Canon Collective is asked to host. If you can relate to this, then this is the workshop you have been waiting for! You will spend the afternoon with both Neal Walters and Greg Sullavan, working with a male and female model to create a variety of images for your portfolio. Shooting on location at historical Jimbour House, the plan is to split into 2 groups and spend some time working with both a male and female model. Then the group will combine to shoot the happy couple together through the 'Golden Hour' until there is not enough light left.
Learning Outcomes Include:
• Working with people
• Shooting Male / Female subjects
• Understanding Available Lighting
• How to use a reflector
• Posing couples
• Shooting 'Flattering' Angles
• Lens selection
• Choosing the right F number
• Depth of field Compression
• Balancing Exposure
