Join Steve Huddy for an afternoon of plane spotting at Adelaide Airport Viewing Point at Africaine Rd, Using Canon “L” Series Telephoto lenses you will be able to get in close to planes taking off and landing at Adelaide International Airport. We will be going through techniques on super telephoto lenses, and panning.
This class is perfect for those new to photography, or if you need a refresher on the photographic essentials! You’ll be learning in our purpose-built classrooms, in a friendly environment, designed to teach not lecture. On completion of this course, you will understand:
• How your camera works
• Focus and focus lock
• Exposure and exposure lock
• Shutter speed and how it affects your images
• How to use the shutter priority setting
• ISO and how it is used in low light and sports photography

Bring your own camera and lenses, tripod/monopods are recommended when using long lenses. Some long L series glass will be on hand for loan.

General Fitness required, grip sole with closed toe shoe recommended. Where the event takes place outside we can’t control the environment so please take care in your surroundings.
