Wendy McDougall

Wendy McDougall is an award-winning Sydney-based freelance photographer, artist and filmmaker who creates visual imagery designed to entertain, stimulate and educate. McDougall started her photographic career in the music business in 1979, making iconic pictures of iconic Australian music acts. From this platform she branched into theatre, film and television as well as documentary photography. McDougall has also created many artworks and has exhibited her work since 1984.

  • How are the photographs printed?

    Each fine art exhibition-quality print is hand crafted to order, using Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 and PRO-6000 large format printers at SUNSTUDIOS in Alexandria, Sydney.

  • What will my photograph be printed on?

    Each image will be printed on 350 gsm Canson Infinity Rag Photographique, which is a 100% cotton museum grade white Fine Art and photo paper.


    The exceptional smooth white tone is achieved during manufacturing by introducing natural minerals to the process.


    No Optical Brightening Agents are used to ensure shades are consistent for generations and they're Acid Free certified to avoid paper degradation to ensure compliance with the highest archival standards (they are extremely age resistant – up to 130 years according to Canson). Canson have an impeccable reputation and are used by galleries and museums throughout the world.

  • Can I purchase my print with a frame?

    No, but please contact SUNSTUDIOS with special requests.

  • How long will it take for me to get my print?

    The Print can take up to 10 business days to be created; additional time for the delivery can be another 3-5 business days, customers in regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • How will my print be shipped?

    All Prints will be sent via courier, with unframed images sent in a protective tube.
