Solution

You can register original paper sizes to an application in addition to preset standard sizes for original documents. These paper sizes are "custom paper sizes".

1. Display [Devices and Printers] from the [Control Panel] of Windows.

2. Right-click the icon of the printer you are using → click [Printing Preferences].

3. Click [Custom Paper Size] in the [Page Setup] tab.

[Paper List]

Displays registered paper sizes as a list.

Paper sizes with a red dot () next to them are standard paper sizes and cannot be edited or deleted.
[Custom [Name Fixed]] is used temporarily as the custom paper size you specified in the application.

[Delete]

Selecting a custom paper size and clicking this button deletes the paper size.

[Custom Paper Size]

Enables you to set the name and size for a new custom paper.

[Regional Paper Size]

Enables you to select a regional paper size to use.

[Unit] and [Register]

Select the unit of measurement. Click [Register] to register the custom paper size.

Registered custom paper sizes can be used with all printers installed on the computer you are using.

4. Set [Paper Size to Register] and [Unit].

The [Height] setting must be equal to or greater than the [Width] setting.

5. Click [Register] → [OK].

You can select the registered custom paper size from [Page Size] and [Output Size] in the [Basic Settings] or [Page Setup] tab.
