Clean the fixing unit.

Cleaning the Inside of the Printer

If cleaning the fixing assembly does not solve the problem, setting ⋖Fix. Roller Contam. Reduction⋗ to ⋖On⋗ may solve the problem. For details on the procedure for setting, see the "User's Guide" from the Canon website (canon.com/oip-manual).

If you set to ⋖On⋗, the printing speed may be slower.
