How to get the videocassette out when the cassette compartment will not open

If you can not remove the cassette, refer to this problem.

-Battery is exhausted.

-The cassette compartment is completely open.

1.Connect the compact power adapter or attach the fully-charged battery pack to the camcorder .

2.Slide fully in the direction of the arrow and open the cassette compartment cover.

The cassette compartment opens automatically.
