Is it possible to eliminate the black bars that appear on the left and right sides of the LCD monitor?

Solution

Black bars may appear on the left and right sides of the LCD monitor depending on the [Recording Pixels] setting.

If the [Recording Pixels] setting is set to [Widescreen] (), or if the [Image Quality] setting for movies is set to [1280 x 720] (), the black bars do not appear on both sides.

Even if the black bars appear on both sides of the LCD monitor, they are not recorded or printed in images.
