Solution
This section describes what to do when cassette tape-related error messages appear in the camcorder's LCD screen.
| Problem | Cause / Solution |
| CONDENSATION HAS BEEN DETECTED | Condensation has been detected in the camcorder. < Solution > Please refer to the related information below |
| HEADS DIRTY, USE CLEANING CASSETTE | Video heads are dirty. < Solution > Clean the video heads. |
| INPUT SIGNAL NOT SUPPORTED | You attempted to input a video signal incompatible with the camcorder (for example 720p). |
| REMOVE THE CASSETTE | Camcorder stopped operating to protect the tape. < Solution > Remove the cassette and reinsert it. |
| TAPE END | Tape reached the end. < Solution > Rewind the tape or replace the cassette. |
| THE TAPE IS SET FOR ERASURE PREVENTION | Cassette is protected. < Solution > Replace the cassette or change the position of the protect switch. |
