The RM-64/25/9 is a software product family used to monitor multiple locations using network cameras and to record and play back video from the cameras.

Detail

This is information on upgrading network video recording software RM-64/RM-25/RM-9. The latest version is "v4.5.1".
When updating the software to this new version, the old settings are carried over.

- This software does not support virtual computer environments, such as Hyper-V.

Setup Instructions

1. Download the file to any folder.
2. Right-click the zip file, and then select Extract All to extract the file.
3. For further instructions, refer to Readme in the decompressed folder.

Caution

- Install this software without uninstalling the prior version.
- Users using RM v3.1 or older, are required to first upgrade to RM v3.2, before upgrading to RM v4.0 or later.
- The RM Manager is installed on the same PC as the Viewer, when upgrading from RM v4.0 or older (the two cannot be installed on separate PCs).
- It is recommended that the settings file be backed up before updating the software.
