Connecting the camera to a computer to transfer images to the computer

There are the following methods to transfer images from the camera to a computer.

Transferring images to a computer using the supplied software

- Importing images to a PC (by using the software supplied with the camera / Windows 7)

- Importing images to a PC (by using the software supplied with the camera / Windows Vista, Windows XP)

- Using the Supplied Software to Transfer images to a Macintosh computer

Transferring images to a computer using Windows

- Importing images to a PC (using Windows functions / Windows 7)

- Importing images to a PC (using Windows functions / Windows Vista, Windows XP)

Transferring images to a computer using a card reader

If your operating system is not supported by the software, use a commercially-available card reader to transfer images to a computer.

- Importing images using a memory card reader (Windows)

Caution

Because your camera does not support USB mass storage class, you cannot use the connected camera as a hard disk drive or a USB memory.
