Solution
If images cannot be downloaded from the memory card to a computer using a memory card reader (if the computer does not detect the memory card), check whether the computer's operating system and the memory card reader are compatible with the memory card you are using.
Caution
Even in cases where the memory card reader is not compatible with the memory card you are using, as long as the computer you are using fulfills the System Requirements, you can connect the camera to the computer to download images.
