Solution

Black borders may be displayed at the top and bottom, or right and left on the camera's screen, depending on the aspect ratio setting of the camera. If the aspect ratio setting is changed to [4:3], the black borders will not be displayed. For more information on setting procedures, please refer to the Related information section at the end of this page.

Depending on the model, a black margin may be located on the right side of the LCD monitor. This is an external design feature, and does not display the screen image.
