The MegaTank range is Canon's answer to low cost printing, with at least 6,000 Black and White prints, and at least 7,000 colour prints achieved per set of ink bottles. *excluding G3630.
MegaTank printers feature integrated ink tanks that are clearly visible, making it easy to know when they need refilling. Quickly and easily top up your tanks yourself with no fuss or mess using Canon's continuous ink bottles.
With significantly higher page yields and less frequent ink purchases compared to standard ink cartridges, MegaTank continuous ink bottles reduce the amount of packaging waste that goes into landfill.

1 Testing in controlled environments and using test prints designed to represent typical A4 documents, yields are calculated with international standard ISO/IEC 24711. Yields calculated with subsequent sets of ink, printing continuously. During initial printer setup, a certain amount of ink is used to fill the print head's nozzles and so the page yield of the initial bundled set of ink is lower than that of subsequent sets.
2 Actual page yields will vary based on print tasks, print volumes and usage conditions. Yields are calculated using the PIXMA G3600 Series MegaTank Range and the GI-61 series inks with international standard ISO/IEC 24711, which uses test prints designed to represent typical A4 documents, and testing in controlled conditions. Yields calculated with subsequent sets of ink, printing continuously. An amount of ink is used to fill the print head's nozzles and so the page yield of the initial bundled set of ink is lower than that of subsequent sets. Printing smaller print jobs will lower the print yield when compared with printing continuously.
