How to claim
  • Form

    1. Make an eligible purchase

    Simply purchase any eligible Canon product or kit between 16 March and 31 May 2022 and keep your receipt and box.

  • Receipt

    2. Complete the online claim form

    Go online to https://canonpromotions.com.au/autumn2022 to make claim by by 10 June 2022.

    1. Simply upload a photo of your receipt.
    2. Choose your reward (digital gift card or a Canon product)
    3. Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address (if applicable)

  • Money 

    3. This is the fun bit!

    Once the claim has been validated, you will receive an email and SMS within 3 business days, letting you know if your claim has been approved. If you opted to receive a digital Visa gift card, you will receive it via email within 7 business days. If you opted to receive a Canon product, it will be sent via registered Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number within 28 days of validation.

  • Who can enter the Promotion?

  • Which purchases are eligible?

    “Purchase” means to make payment for a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from an authorised Canon Australia retailer. An eligible purchase is a new (not pre-owned) Eligible Product.
  • How do I enter?

    a) Simply purchase any eligible Canon product or kit between 16 March 2022 and 31 May 2022 and keep your receipt and box.

    b) Go online to https://www.canonpromotions.com.au/autumn2022 to make claim by by 10 June 2022.

    c) Simply upload a photo of your receipt.

    d) Choose your reward (either a digital gift card or gift with free shipping)

    e) Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address (where applicable).

  • What is required on my invoice?

    The Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify:

     • the Participating Product purchased
     • the price of the Participating Product purchased
     • the Participating Retailer of purchase
     • the purchase date
     • the receipt number; and
     • that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.

    If the Qualifying Purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • How many times can I enter?

    Eligible Claimants may submit no more than one (1) claim across the Promotion Period. No more than three (3) Eligible Products may be claimed separately per household.

  • What reward will I receive?

    You can choose what reward you would like to receive based on the product purchased (digital Visa gift card or gift with free shipping).

  • When will I receive my claim?

    Once the claim has been validated, you will receive an email and SMS within 3 business days, letting you know if your claim has been approved. If you opted to receive a digital Visa gift card, you will receive it via email within 7 business days. If you opted to receive a gift, this will be sent to you via Registered Australia Post and delivery will be dependant on Australia Post delivery times. You will be sent a tracking number within 28 days of validation, to track your delivery online at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track

  • How do I access my Digital Visa gift card?

    Step 1: You will receive an email from support@canonpromotions.com.au with an URL

    Step 2: Follow the prompts to complete the form

    Step 3: You will receive an SMS with an activation code and instructions on how to access your Mobile Pay via the App Store or Google Play

    Step 4: Download the True Rewards App and access your Simplot Digital Visa gift card

    Step 5: Add your Canon Digital Visa gift card to your mobile wallet by tapping on the ''Add to Wallet'' button

    Step 6: Your Canon Digital Visa gift card is now ready to be used for purchases in-store or online

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
