How to claim
  • Form

    1. Make an eligible purchase

    Simply purchase any eligible Canon product or kit between 18 November 2021 and 19 January 2022 and keep your receipt and box.

  • Receipt

    2. Complete the online claim form

    Go online to https://www.canonpromotions.com.au/summer2021 to make claim by 29 January 2022.

    1. Simply upload a photo of your receipt and serial number.
    2. Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address
    3. Let us know how you would like to receive your claim (digital Visa card, physical Visa card or EFT transfer)

  • Money 

    3. This is the fun bit!

    Once the claim has been validated, you will receive an email and SMS within 3 business days, letting you know if your claim has been approved. If you opted to receive a digital Visa gift card, you will receive it via email within 7 business days. EFT transfer will be within 10 business days. Physical Visa Card will be received within 14 business days (of confirmation of the claim being approved.)

If you made more than one set of eligible purchases, please make sure you submit each claim on a separate form.

Multiple claims are permitted provided that each claim is made on the basis of a separate eligible purchase on a separate receipt. Maximum of 3 claims per household.

  • Who can enter the Promotion?

    The Promotion is open to individual Australian residents who are not employees or immediate family members of employees, of the Promoter or its related companies.

    Participants who are under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion, agree to these terms, and submit a Claim. Participants must provide evidence of consent if requested by the Promoter.

  • Which purchases are eligible?

    “Purchase” means to make payment for a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from an authorised Canon Australia retailer. An eligible purchase is a new (not pre-owned) Eligible Product
  • How do I claim?

    a) Simply purchase any eligible Canon product or kit between 18 November 2021 and 19 January 2022 and keep your receipt and box.

    b) Go online to https://www.canonpromotions.com.au/summer2021 to make claim by by 29.1.22.

    c) Simply upload a photo of your receipt and serial number.

    d) Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address.

    e) Let us know how you would like to receive your claim (digital Visa card, physical Visa card or EFT transfer)

  • What is required on my invoice?

    The Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify:

     • the Participating Product purchased
     • the price of the Participating Product purchased
     • the Participating Retailer of purchase
     • the purchase date
     • the receipt number; and
     • that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.

    If the Qualifying Purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • How many times can I enter?

    Eligible Claimants may submit no more than one (1) claim across the Promotion Period. No more than three (3) Eligible Products may be claimed separately per household.

  • What reward will I receive?

    You can choose how you would like to receive your claim (digital Visa card, physical Visa card or EFT transfer). Each Eligible Claimant will receive their claim of choice with the relevant value corresponding to their Qualifying Purchase.

  • When will I receive my claim?

  • How do I access my Digital Visa gift card?

    Step 1: You will receive an email from support@canonpromotions.com.au with an URL

    Step 2: Follow the prompts to complete the form

    Step 3: You will receive an SMS with an activation code and instructions on how to access your Mobile Pay via the App Store or Google Play

    Step 4: Download the True Rewards App and access your Simplot Digital Visa gift card

    Step 5: Add your Canon Digital Visa gift card to your mobile wallet by tapping on the ''Add to Wallet'' button

    Step 6: Your Canon Digital Visa gift card is now ready to be used for purchases in-store or online

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
