Firmware Version 1.6.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:
1. Adds support for the Canon Multi-Camera Control wireless remote application.
2. Adds support for NDI 6.
*NDI: An open standard for connecting video equipment over a network.
3. Enables setting HDMI / SDI output to 30fps or 24fps equivalent when the frame frequency is 59.94Hz.
4. Adds a 2-second [I Frame Interval (sec.)] for IP streaming video.
5. Adds an automatic reconnection feature for RTMP streaming when disconnected.
6. Adds an automatic reconnection feature for SRT streaming when the camera starts up and disconnects.
7. Adds SRT streaming start / stop buttons to the Click Operation Menu.
8. Enables switching the video reception frame rate on the settings page to Normal, Low, or Off.
9. Adds a mode that retains image quality settings within Custom Picture for each preset.
10. Adds a button to reset WB / Colour settings and Image Quality Details settings to their default values.
11. Enables turning off the POWER / STATUS Lamp.
12. Adds area selection zoom function.
13. Adds the ability to set the movement speed by Time as a preset.
14. Adds [Preset / CP only] as the restore target in the [Backup / Restore] function.
15. Adds XC command for smoother angle movement with slow deceleration.
16. Adds the ability to set PT [Movement Range] while watching the video.
17. Adds the [One Shot AF].
18. Increases the size of the thumbnail image on mouseover.
19. Enables setting the maximum magnification of digital zoom.
20. Improves security features.
• Adds the ability to review the history of any changes made to the password, network information, or other settings.
21. Enables firmware updates to be performed when the camera is connected to the internet and if new firmware is made available on Canon servers.
Update the firmware from the camera's Settings Page.

The firmware contains software modules developed by third parties. For details, see "ReadMe-E.txt" in the downloaded file and "ThirdPartySoftware-E.pdf" (third-party software) in the lower part of each folder in the "LICENSE" folder. The license terms for each module are contained in the same folder.
Caution:
Do not turn off the power to the camera while performing the firmware update.
Turning off the camera at this stage may result in disabling its ability to boot correctly.
