Canon Australia and New Zealand EOS R6 V Limited Edition Kit 2026 Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions govern the participation in this Canon Australia and New Zealand EOS R6 V Limited Edition Kit 2026 Promotion (Promotion). Information and instructions on how to participate form part of these terms.

2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

3. The Gift with Purchase is valid for the first 700 purchases made across Australia and New Zealand, by either pre-order purchase or point of sale purchase, online or in-store, from 23:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 13 May 2026 , until sold out on a consecutive ‘first in, first served’ basis. (Purchase Period).

4. Each authorised Canon Australia and New Zealand retailer stocks different cameras and lens models, and availability of some products in a particular retailer may be limited. This Promotion applies while stocks are available. Contact your retailer for details.

Eligibility
5. This Promotion is only open to individual Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years old or older.

6. To be eligible to receive the Gift with Purchase (as described in clause 10), Participants must:
a) legally purchase a new (not pre-owned) Canon camera product described in clause 10 (Eligible Product) during the Purchase Period;
b) from an authorised Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand retailer in the Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand distribution channel; and
c) the purchase must be one of the first 700 purchases made as part of this Promotion, as a pre-order purchase or point of sale purchase, online or in-store. Pre-order purchases can be made from 23:00 AEST 13 May 2026 across participating Canon Australia and New Zealand authorised retailers. (Eligible Purchase).

7. Eligible Products can be purchased as a body only or with a body and lens as specified under clause 10 . Any other kit variations are excluded from this Promotion.

8. Participation in this promotion is limited to selected store locations (physical or online) as nominated by the authorised Canon Australia and New Zealand retailers. Participating stores may vary between retailers. Each retailer is responsible for determining and communicating which of its individual stores will participate. The Promoter is not liable for any retailer’s decision regarding store participation, nor for any failure by a retailer or store to communicate participation status to Participants and customers.

9. If in doubt, please contact the Promoter first to confirm whether the retailer is an authorised Canon Australia or New Zealand reseller.

10. Canon-branded products purchased from any source other than Canon Australia’s or New Zealand’s official distribution channel (including ‘grey’, ‘parallel’ or ‘direct’ imports) are not Canon Australia or New Zealand products and are not eligible for this Promotion.

Eligible Purchase
11. Participants who make an Eligible Purchase will receive a free product listed in the table below (Gift With Purchase). The Gift With Purchase available for each Eligible Product is as follows:

13. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for ineligible purchases, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any ineligible purchases.

Processing and Shipping
14. Subject to shipping and availability, Canon will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Eligible Product and Gift with Purchase are available to Australian and New Zealand authorised retailers from 17 June 2026 to then ship to Participants. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Canon authorised retailer from where they made their Eligible Purchase is responsible for the shipping and fulfilment of the Eligible Purchase and Gift with Purchase. The Promoter has no control of and is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the Canon authorised retailer’s use of postage services.

15. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the timeframes specified in these Terms are met but Participants accept that time frames may vary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to supplying postal delays and international shipping delays.

16. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct details to the Canon authorised retailer for any pre-order purchases and in-store purchases. Delays and non-fulfilment of Eligible Purchases that arise as a result of incorrect details are the responsibility of the Participant.

Personal Information
17. The Participant agrees that the Canon authorised retailer will collect personal information in connection with this Promotion, in order for shipping and fulfilment purposes. The Participant agrees that each retailer has their own privacy policies and that the Promoter is not responsible for the retailer’s use, collection or disclosure of such personal information. If Personal information is collected by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion, it will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.canon.com.au/Privacy-Policy for Australian residents and https://www.canon.co.nz/privacy-policy for New Zealand residents), which contains information about access, correction and complaint processes.

Conditions that may invalidate a Gift With Purchase
18. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of Participants and the validity of a Gift with Purchase as part of this Promotion (including contacting the place of purchase), and to invalidate any purchase that is not in accordance with these terms, or to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion.

19. If a Participant receives a Gift With Purchase and subsequently returns or refunds the Eligible Purchase under a change of mind policy, the Promoter may invoice the Participant for the full value of the Gift With Purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate action where the Participant does not pay the invoice.

20. The failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

21. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:
a. disqualify any Participant; or
b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.

General
22. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia and New Zealand (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a Participant.

26. All money amounts in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

27. The Promoter may accept errors and omissions at its discretion and its failure to enforce any of its rights is not a waiver of those rights.

28. The Promoter uses a commercially reasonable level of skill and care in providing its website and running the Promotion.

29. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

30. These terms are governed by the laws in New South Wales. All Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
