Canon Business Services ANZ achieves top Microsoft Solutions Partner status

Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 19 May 2025: Canon Business Services ANZ (CBS) today announced it has achieved all six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, placing it among the top one percent of Microsoft partners in Australia. Canon Business Services has over 50 years of combined experience delivering services and IT solutions across cloud, security, automation, outsourcing and more. This achievement underscores CBS's commitment to innovation, delivering comprehensive and tailored solutions across Microsoft's technology stack.

CBS is one of the few providers with end-to-end capability to provide comprehensive, custom solutions to deliver true business impact for their clients. This accomplishment allows CBS to leverage the full power of Microsoft's technology to streamline processes, create efficiencies, and deliver specialised services to its customers. CBS is one of only 42 partners in Australia to hold all six designations, out of 7000 partners.

The six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations include:

• Modern Work – seamless collaboration and productivity with Microsoft 365 tools and solutions that foster remote work, communication, and team engagement.

This capability is already benefiting CBS’s customers, most recently working with the SA Motor Sport Board, CBS’s expertise in Microsoft’s Modern Applications and Security designations enabled the development of a custom credentialling app solution for the Adelaide 500 (in 2025 the event is called the bp Adelaide Grand Final ). CBS further leveraged Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enable the SA Motor Sport team to enhance their wider ticketing and marketing capabilities.

Rebecca Lawson, Commercial Manager at the South Australian Motor Sport Board said CBS’s use of Microsoft solutions resulted in improvements in “distribution speed, resource reduction, and overall operational efficiency.”

“We’ve just created a new digital advertising asset on the ticket, which is an exciting commercial opportunity,” Rebecca said. “We’ve also expanded the platform into a CRM that combines all the ticketing data, contact and account information for our sponsors, event suppliers, and trade activation partners.”
