Canon Australia Integrate Expo 2026 Merchandise Giveaway


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participation in this Canon Australia Integrate Expo 2026 Merchandise Giveaway (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms. Information and instructions on how to participate form part of these Terms.

2. This Promotion starts at 8:00am AEST on 02 September 2026 and ends at 05:00pm AEST on 04 September 2026, or when all available gifts have been claimed. (Promotion Period).

Eligibility
3. This Promotion is open to individual Australian residents and Oversea residents who:
a. are registered attendees of the Integrate Expo 2026 at the International Convention Centre Sydney during the promotion period; attend the Integrate Expo 2026; and are aged 18 years or over; and
b. are not employees (or immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter or its related companies; and
(Participants).

How to Participate
4. During the promotion period, the Promoter will offer eligible Participants a Canon EOS C50 Coffee Cup (Gift) when they visit the Canon exhibition stand at the Integrate Expo 2026, subject to these terms and while stocks last.

5. To receive this (Gift), Participants must:
a. visit the Canon exhibition stand at Integrate Expo 2026 during the Promotion Period;
b. allow an authorised Canon representative to scan their official Integrate Expo attendee badge using the Integrate Expo application built-in function;
c. provide accurate and complete contact information, including a valid email address;
d. consent to their contact details being added to Canon’s customer and marketing database; and
e. consent to receiving news, product information, special offers, event invitations and other marketing communications from Canon (Entry) The Participant can unsubscribe from the marketing emails at any time

6. No purchase is required to participate.

7. Only one Gift can be claimed per Participant during the Promotion period.

8. All registration must be completed during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated or fraudulent registration will be rejected by the Promoter.

9. All exchange details must be received by the Promoter within the Promotion Period.

Gift
10. Each eligible Participant who fulfilled the participation requirement in Clause 5 will receive one Canon EOS C50 Coffee Cup valued at AUD18 including GST, while stocks last.

11. A total of 200 Gifts is available during the Promotion Period.

12. The Gift is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other product.

13. If a Gift is faulty, the Promoter will replace it with the same Gift, subject to stock availability. If the same Gift is unavailable, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to provide a substitute Gift of equal or similar value, subject to availability.

14. The Promoter has the right to replace the Gift with another item of similar value in their absolute discretion if for any reason the Gift or any part of the Gift is not available.

Claiming the Gift
15. Participants must claim their Gift in person from the Canon exhibition stand at Integrate Expo 2026 during the Promotion Period.

16. Participants will need to present their Visitor badge or Exhibitor badge to the promoter to claim the Gift.

17. Gift cannot be reserved, transferred, posted or collected after the Promotion Period.

18. Any Gift not claimed in person during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these terms will be forfeited. The Promoter will not be required to compensate a Participant for a Gift that has not been collected or claimed.

Participant’s Warranties and Indemnity
19. Each Participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims in connection with a failure by them to comply with these Terms.

20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability, or any costs borne by the Participant in submitting their Entry.

21. By entering this competition, the Participant grants Canon the perpetual right to use their name, image, voice and likeness in marketing activities across the Promoter’s digital channels including social media and their websites.

Conditions that may Invalidate Claims, Participants or the Promotion
22. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claims that does not meet the requirements set out in Clause 5.

23. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to reject any Participant; or

24. The Promoter reserves the right to reject a claim from any Participant who tampers with the registration process, attempts to claim more than one Gift or otherwise acts in breach of these Terms.

25. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion, failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Privacy
26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this Promotion. The Promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.

27. Information about Participants will not be published as set out in these Terms. Personal information collected by the Promoter will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.canon.com.au/Privacy-Policy for Australian residents), which contains information about access, correction and complaint processes.

Liability
28. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Competition including (but not limited to) out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Participant; or (f) use of the Prize.

General
30. These Terms may change, and the Promoter will inform Participants of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

31. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the timeframes specified in these Terms are met, but Participants accept that time frames may vary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays or delays in bank processing.

32. All money amounts in these Terms are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

33. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

34. These Terms are governed by the laws in New South Wales. All Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
