Canon Australia Disney Printable Colouring Competition


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participation in this Canon Australia Disney Printable Colouring Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms. Information and instructions on how to participate form part of these Terms.

2. This Competition starts at 12:00pm AEDT on 27 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 AEDT on 31 July 2026 (Competition Period).

Eligibility
3. This Competition is only open to individuals who:
a. are Australian residents under 16 years of age and have the written consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Competition;
b. Participants’ parents or legal guardian are not employees (or immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter or its related companies (Participants); and
c. By submitting an Entry, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Participant and consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with these Terms and Canon Australia's Privacy Policy. d. A parent or legal guardian must provide their consent and accept the Terms and Conditions of each Participant’s Entry before submitting the Entry;
e. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and parental or guardian consent at any time during the Competition.
f. Only one Entry per child may be submitted.
g. Entries may be submitted in the following age categories:
 a. 3 - 5 years
 b. 6 - 8years
 c. 9 - 11 years
 d. 12 - 15 years

How to Enter
4. To enter this Competition (Entry), Participants must:
a. download an official Canon Disney Printable colouring sheet from canon.com.au/printables or collect a colouring sheet from the Kids Zone Marvel Stadium between 27 June to 19 July 2026;
b. complete the colouring activity;
c. upload a clear image or scanned copy of the completed colouring sheet via the official competition landing page at www.canon.com.au/printablescompetition;
d. complete the entry form, including the parent or legal guardian's name, email address and contact details, for each Participant submitting an Entry; and
e. provide confirmation of parental or guardian consent where required by the Promoter.

Moderation
5. Entries are subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject, remove or disqualify any Entry that:
a. is incomplete, illegible or inappropriate;
b. contains offensive, defamatory, unlawful or objectionable material;
c. breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
d. is not consistent with Canon Australia's brand values or community guidelines.

Judging
6. This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

7. The Competition will have a total of four (4) winners. One (1) winner will be selected from each of the following age categories:
 a) 3–5 years (1 winner)
 b) 6–8 years (1 winner)
 c) 9–11 years (1 winner)
 d) 12–15 years (1 winner)

8. Entries will be judged on:
 a) creativity and originality;
 b) interpretation of the competition theme;
 c) colour application and artistic effort; and
 d) overall presentation.

9. The judges may take into consideration the age of the Participant when assessing Entries. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. No responsibility is accepted for any Entry that is late, lost or misdirected, or if the Winner does not claim their Prize in accordance with these Terms.

Prizes
11. Each of the four (4) winners will receive:
 a. One Canon EOS R100 Camera (RRP $1,099; and
 b. One Canon PIXMA Printer (RRP $249)

12. The total prize pool value is at RRP AUD $5,392.

13. If any Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

Claiming the Prize
14. Winners will be announced on the competition landing page on 17 August 2026 15:00pm AEDT and Canon will obtain the Participant’s parent or guardian’s consent in writing to have their child’s first name, age group and artistic work being published on the website as a Winning Entry.

15. Winners will be contacted using the parent or legal guardian contact details supplied with the Entry.

16. If a winner is under 16 years of age, the Prize will be awarded and claimed by their nominated parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf.

17. The individual Winners’ parent or legal guardian must claim their Prize on behalf of the Winner within 14 days of notification.

18. If a winner:
 a. fails to claim the Prize within the required timeframe;
 b. cannot be contacted;
 c. cannot provide proof of eligibility; or
 d. has breached these Terms,
the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

19. The Prize or any unused portion of a Prize is not exchangeable for cash or goods and is not transferrable. The Promoter will not compensate the Winner in any way for a Prize that has not been claimed within the time limits and in accordance with the instructions given to the Winner.

Participant’s Warranties and Indemnity
20. Each Participant’s parent or legal guardian warrants to the Promoter that:
a. the colouring and creative additions submitted are substantially the work of the Participant and no Artificial intelligence has been used in the Entry submission;
b. the entry has complied with these Terms;
c. the Entry does not contain unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content; and
d. all information provided is true and accurate.

21. Entries generated wholly or predominantly using artificial intelligence tools may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.

22. Each Participant’s parent or legal guardian agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims in connection with a failure by them to comply with these Terms.

23. Each Participant’s parent or legal guardian agrees that they are fully responsible for each Entry they submit, and is fully responsible for any equipment, materials, licences, or other costs required for or associated with each such Entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability, or any costs borne by the Participant in submitting their Entry.

24. By accepting these Terms, the Participant’s parent or legal guardian confirms they have reviewed and accepted competition policies, terms and conditions.

Conditions that may Invalidate Entries, Participants or the Competition
25. The Promoter reserves the right to reject, disqualify, remove, or moderate any Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not fit the criteria set out in these Terms.

26. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:
 a. to disqualify any Participant; or
 b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition as appropriate.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms.

28. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Privacy
29. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this Competition. The Promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this Competition, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.

30. A Participant’s parent or legal guardian can request removal of their child’s Entry at any point during Competition Period.

31. The Promotor will delete Entry submissions and the names of children collected as part of this Competition within (90) days of the Winners’ being announced. Any parent or legal guardian information collected under this Competition will be retained for archival purposes.

32. Information about Participants may be published as set out in these Terms. Personal information collected by the Promoter will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (www.canon.com.au/Privacy-Policy)

33. Participants retain ownership of their original colouring and creative contributions made to the supplied Canon Disney Printable. All underlying Disney intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

34. By entering the Competition, Participants and their parent or legal guardian grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, display, communicate and use the Entry for promotional, marketing and competitionrelated purposes.

35. The Promoter may publish winning Entries on its competition website only.

36. The Promoter will not publish a child's photograph, full name or other identifying personal information without the prior written consent of the child's parent or legal guardian.

37. Where a winning Entry is published, Canon Australia will identify the author of the entry by first name and, age category only.

38. A parent or guardian of a Winner can request Canon Australia to not upload their child’s winning Entry or remove it from Canon Australia’s channels at any point after its publication.

39. If a Participant’s parent or legal guardian consents to the publication, their child’s Entry, first name and age group may be displayed on the Promoter’s website for up to 90 days after the competition ends. Removal of the Entry may be requested at any time by their parent or guardian.

Liability
40. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

41. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and any other party associated with the Promotion (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Competition including (but not limited to) out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Participant; or (f) use of the Prize.

42. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the promotion.

General
43. These Terms may change and the Promoter will inform Participants of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

44. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the timeframes specified in these Terms are met, but Participants accept that time frames may vary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays or postal delays, courier delays, technical issues or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

45. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

46. These Terms are governed by the laws in New South Wales. All Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
