    1. Make an eligible purchase

    Make an eligible purchase from Canon Australia or an authorised Canon Australian reseller between 1st October 2020 and 31st December 2020.

  • Receipt

    2. Fill the form online

    Claims can be submitted from 1 October 2020. Claim here before 28th February 2021. You will need to upload a photo of your receipt and serial number. We'll validate it (that's the legal stuff) and then we'll process your claim.

  • Money

    3. Get your cash back

    This is the good bit. Once we’ve validated your claim we’ll deposit your cash within 30 days.

  • What are the key dates?

    The Promotion starts on 1 October 2020 and ends on 31 December 2020 (Promotion Period). Claims can be submitted from 1 November 2020. The Eligible Model must be installed by 28 February 2021.

  • What are the eligible products and cashback amounts?

    See below for a list of all the eligible products and the cashback amount. Multiple claims are permitted provided that each claim is made on the basis of a separate eligible purchase on a separate receipt. No more than 5 devices are to be claimed per customer.

  • I've submitted my claim online, what next?

    Once you've uploaded a copy of your receipt, that's all we need to start the cashback process. Our team will be in touch once your claim has been validated.

  • When will my cashback arrive?

    Once your claim is submitted and verified, you should expect your cash back within 30 days. You will receive a credit in your nominated bank account from Converga. Please check your bank statement for this transaction to confirm receipt of your cash back.

  • I'm having trouble completing the form online, what should I do?
