We have been in business now for just over 80 years, employing more than 180,000 people across the globe. While we are unified under the Canon brand, we are also guided by a unique business philosophy which we call Kyosei. We work within an ever-changing world, however, Kyosei provides a shared and consistent approach that sits at the core of our business. This philosophy guides us with a mission to make a difference. We work together for the common good and strive to make positive impacts in people’s lives, at home, at work, or out in the community.
Canon further empowers its teams, customers, and communities with the freedom to focus on what they do best. Of course, empowerment doesn’t happen by accident, but rather by design. We are driven by five core values — togetherness, achievement, bravery, integrity, and imagination — and an unwavering desire to see others succeed. While we are proud of both our product range and business achievement, we look to the future with an innovative mind. As we explore and invest in new product technologies, we are mindful of the importance of sustainability and strive to strike a balance between the two.
The Global RepTrak™100 for 2023 ranks the most trusted global brands. We are delighted that Canon was ranked 5ᵗʰ. We believe that an ongoing commitment to quality credentials are the key to customer satisfaction. With every product, we work hard to secure ISO 9001 certification in Quality Management Systems - a well-documented, internationally recognised standard of quality assurance.View Brand Trust
