Second-Generation SPAD Sensor

New SPAD sensor improves photon detection efficiency, delivering clearer, lower-noise images in extremely low light compared to MS-500 (minimum illumination approx. 0.00065 lux vs 0.001 lux).

Ultra-Low-Light Imaging

Image of a city at night

The camera leverages the unique characteristics of an ultra-high-sensitivity SPAD sensor to deliver exceptional low-light performance. Its approximately 3.2MP sensor captures clear colour video with minimal noise even in near-dark conditions.

  • Image of a boat in the ocean
    Long distance monitoring

When paired with a high-magnification and bright telephoto lens, the MS-500 is able to capture entire surveillance areas, as well recognise subjects that are several kilometres away.

  • Take advantage of broadcast lenses

As an interchangeble lens camera, the B4 mount enables compatibility with Canon broadcast lenses, including high-magnification telephoto zooms for long-range monitoring.
