The following phenomena have been confirmed on some WUX4000 projectors.
If the lamp is turned on and off repeatedly, the focus of the projected image may become soft.
When inputting a 1600 X 1200 resolution image with audio signals via the HDMI interface, audio cannot output.
If your WUX4000 projector has one of the firmware version listed below, please contact us referring to the contact information listed at the bottom of this page. We will update the firmware of the projector to address the phenomena.

If your WUX4000 projector has one of the two firmware versions listed below, a firmware update is required.

How to Identify Affected Products
You can check the firmware version with the following procedure.
Set up a projection and display the menu
Press the MENU button on the projector or on the remote controller to open the menu screen.
Use the right cross-directional key (▸) to move to the Information tab.
Check the firmware version in the firmware field. (The following menu is displayed when the Network function is set to ON)
