  • What models are available on the Easy Print Plan?

    You can choose from three of our popular laser printer models:
    1.) LBP654Cx
  • Do I have to connect my printer to the internet? How do I receive automatic toner deliveries?

    It's up to you. If you choose not to connect your printer to the internet then simply give us a call to replenish your toner cartridge when you’re running low. 

    If you wish to automatically receive new toner cartridges when you’re running low, you will need to connect your device using our step-by-step instructions. These instructions will be sent to you once we've confirmed your order.
  • How do I install my printer?

    All printers available with the Easy Print Plan are simply plug and play – no need for an installation officer!
    If you wish to receive your toner cartridges automatically, you will need to connect your device to the internet and perform a communication test with Canon.
    You will receive a set of instructions via email on how to perform this test upon confirmation of your order. 
  • How long will delivery take?

    Once you submit your order, we'll get back to you within 2 business hours.

    For metro locations, expect to have your delivery within 3-5 business days.
    Delivery to regional areas will be between 5-7 business days.
    For remote areas, please contact our support team to determine the delivery lead time.

    The estimated lead times are from the time we receive your signed contract.
  • How will I receive my toner cartridges

    You will receive however many toner cartridges are specified in your plan.
    If your printer is connected to the internet and has performed a successful communication test with Canon, the toner will be sent automatically to your door.
    If your printer isn't connected to the internet, you can call our friendly Canon staff and have your toner sent to you. 
  • What happens if the device isn’t working properly?

    Just give Canon support a call and we'll try to resolve any issues over the phone. The support team will troubleshoot the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement device for you. 
  • What if I use all my toners before the contract ends?

    Just give us a call to purchase more toner cartridges.
    Note that this charge will be on top of your fixed monthly rate.
  • What is the contract duration for Easy Print Plan and can I extend?

    Easy Print Plan is available on either a 24 or 36 month plan. If you wish to upgrade from a 24 month plan to a 36 month plan, please give us a call. 
  • Will I own the device at the end of the contract?

    No, however we will collect the device and recycle it for you. You can also choose to upgrade to a new model.
