How to claim

    1. Fill the claim form online

    Simply make an eligible purchase from an authorised Canon Australian retailer between 1 - 31 December 2023 and keep your receipt and box.

    Claim here and fill in your details by 14 January 2024.

  • Receipt

    2. Upload your product details

    Simply upload a photo of your receipt and serial number. We’ll also ask you to answer five brand questions about your printing preferences.

  • Money 

    3. This is the fun bit!

    Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 3 business days to confirm if your claim has been approved. If you opted to receive a digital gift card, you will receive it via email within 7 business days. EFT transfer will be within 10 business days. Physical gift cards will be received within 14 business days (of confirmation of the claim being approved).

No more than one (1) Claim may be made per household.

  • When is the Purchase Period?

    The Purchase Period starts on 1 December 2023 and closes on 31 December 2023.

  • Who can enter the Promotion?

    The Promotion is only open to individual Australian residents who:

    (a) answer five mandatory questions about their printing preferences when making a claim; and
    (b) are not employees or immediate family members of employees, of the promoter or its related companies; and
    (c) receive an email with a weblink to participate in this promotion

    Participants who are under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion, agree to these terms, and submit a Claim. Participants must provide evidence of consent if requested by the Promoter.

  • Which purchases are eligible?

    Purchase any new (not pre-owned) Canon printer from an authorised Canon Australia retailer in the Canon Australia distribution channel

  • How do I make a claim?

    a) Make an Eligible Purchase

    b) Click on the weblink provided in the promotion invitation email, to make a claim by 14 January 2024.

    c) Upload a photo of your receipt and serial number.

    d) Choose how you would like to receive your claim.

    e) Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and physical address (if applicable)

  • What is required on my receipt?

    The receipt for the Eligible Product must clearly specify:

     • the Eligible Product purchased
     • the price of the Eligible Product purchased
     • the name of the authorised Canon Australia retailer
     • the purchase date
     • the receipt number; and
     • that payment for the Eligible Product has been received in full.

    If the receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • How many times can I enter?

    No more than one (1) Claim may be made per household.

  • What will I receive?

    You can choose how you would like to receive your claim, with either a digital Visa gift (Digital Gift Card) or a physical Visa gift card (Physical Gift Card) pre-loaded with the applicable value, or an electronic bank transfer (EFT Transfer) of the applicable value.

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your Claim. You will not be able to submit your Claim until all information requested has been correctly entered.
