Solution
You can change the image aspect ratio (ratio of width to height).
| Used for display on widescreen HDTVs or similar display devices. | |

Caution
In some shooting modes the aspect ratio cannot be changed.
1. Press the power button to turn the camera on.
2. Press the ⋖FUNC./SET⋗ () button.
3. The following screen appears.
Press the ⋖⋗⋖
⋗ buttons or turn the ⋖Control dial⋗ to choose [Still Image Aspect Ratio], and then press the ⋖FUNC./SET⋗ (
) button.
4. The following screen appears
Press the ⋖⋗⋖
⋗ buttons or turn the ⋖Control dial⋗ to choose the desired aspect ratio, and then press the ⋖FUNC./SET⋗ (
) button.
When the following shooting modes are selected, the aspect ratio cannot be changed, or limited aspect ratios are available.
