The Processing/Data indicator remains lit.
Cause and solution
The Processing/Data indicator lights when any job is being processed. If the indicator remains lit for a long time and any message is displayed on the display, check the following.
| Message | Remedy |
| Received in memory. | Print or forward received documents in memory. If the indicator still remains lit even after checking the messages above, delete or cancel jobs using
