Solution
If the camera's Main Dial, Quick Control Dial or Multi-controller do not respond when you try to operate them, check the ⋖LOCK⋗ switch position.
Set the ⋖LOCK⋗ switch downward to release the lock setting.
Caution
By default, the Quick Control Dial will be locked when the ⋖LOCK⋗ switch is set upward.
