Solution

If the Camera Connect and Digital Photo Professional Express application installed on the iPad is not of the latest version, images may not be imported to Digital Photo Professional Express. Please use the latest version of Camera Connect and Digital Photo Professional Express. The latest version of the applications are available from the App Store.
