Solution
1. A Wi-Fi connection is established2. The camera is not properly connected to the computer with the USB cable
3. The camera is not recognized by EOS Utility

5. The camera is not recognized by Windows OS
If the camera cannot be connected to a computer, it may be due to one the following reasons. Please check the following items in the order they appear to find the cause of the problem.
1. A Wi-Fi connection is established
Other devices, such as computers, cannot be used with the camera by connecting them with an interface cable while the camera is connected to devices via Wi-Fi. Terminate the Wi-Fi connection before connecting the interface cable.
2. The camera is not properly connected to the computer with the USB cable
The computer should recognize the camera once the USB cable is changed and reconnected to the computer.
Use a cable that has a Micro-B plug for the camera.
A genuine Canon accessory is also available (Interface Cable IFC-600PCU).
3. The camera is not recognized by EOS Utility
If the camera is not recognized by EOS Utility, refer to the following information for possible solutions.

4. CameraWindow is being used
Your camera does not support CameraWindow. If you are using CameraWindow, install and use the EOS Utility application.

5. The camera is not recognized by Windows OS
